Personal training is for everyone, not just celebrities. Personal training is the most effective way to reach your weight loss and fitness goals in a safe, effective manner. The Fire Personal Training Studio offers affordable, effective, and fun personal training! Our personal training is affordable because we offer one-on-one rates and group personal training rates well below the national average. We tell you right here right now what you pay. We are not used car salesmen or the occasional gym that is all about sales ~ WE ARE ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT LOSS AND FITNESS SUCCESS. We are confident you quickly know the value of what we do exceeds our fees. Don’t be shy, come in and meet us. We do NOT make you sign a contract! You pay month to month, and your training spot is reserved for you until you tell us otherwise!

 

If you train with us one-on-one, our rate is $40 an hour when you commit to training 2 to 3 times per week. You can split that rate with a friends or create a small private group (up to 5) at $20 each.

 

We also have a unique fun Group Personal Training option. You can participate in a group at $12 per session. Groups will close at 10 people to keep it personal.  What you need to succeed, we intend to provide. A fun workout, effective nutritional coaching including the TLSSlim low glycemic whole foods weight loss program, motivation, and accountability all for the price of giving up soda and fast food or cigarettes and candy bars or the daily gormet coffee run. Remember, if weight loss is your goal our we don’t want you to just lose the weight, we want you to learn how to keep the weight off. If you want permanent weight loss then the healthy lifestyle and low glycemic whole foods eating we teach and support is the weight loss plan for you.

 

Remember, these rates are based on an 8 to 12 session commitment (1 month). There is no contract or hidden fees; and we ask you to only pay month to month. Our fitness evaluation is always $25 (a $70 value) and it includes a 90 day wellness guide and journal.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Group Personal Training Sessions are limited to 10 people. Group PT is a unique way to experience the expertise of a Personal Trainer for an affordable rate. PT groups our limited to 10 people so the trainer knows who you are and what you intend to accomplish. Groups are on-going. Start today! If you want to lose weight permanently, gain confidence, increase energy and be supported by a personal trainer and individuals with similiar goals, all while having fun, this is the right choice for you!

For those who want to burn fat, lose weight and increase overall fitness while having fun and interacting with others. Regardless of your fitness level, or how much weight you need to lose, this fun strength building/fat burning/calorie consuming workout will work for you to dramatically increase your quality of life.

Fireworks   Personal Training Group
For those who are ready to take your fitness to the next level. The Fireworks Personal Training  Group is a bootcamp-style high intensity weight training class designed for maximum calorie burn, and dramatic increases in mental and physical stamina. If you’re been working out hard with not much results, or you remember feeling at peak fitness and want that again, this group is for you. All body types are welcome. Overweight or not, if you’re willing to work, Fireworks will get you feeling the burn and loving it!

Sizzlin’ Seniors Personal Training Group
Though we have individuals over 60 in most of our classes, the Sizzlers is a group training class designed especially for older adults who are just getting started. Our clients dramatically improve their balance and strength within the first 8 to 12 sessions (one month!). You will feel stronger, increase your agility and balance, lose weight and have fun in this interactive class, no matter your fitness level or age.

Kettlebells  Personal Training Group
Kettlebells are getting popular and many trainers are using them in various ways that may or may not make you more fit. Our Kettlebells Group is designed based on the traditional Russian Kettlebell system. Regardless of your fitness level, you can enjoy a safe and effective kettlebell class that will create a unique synergistic sensation of fitness.
