Plan for Success

At The Fire Personal Training Studio, we have developed a simple concise plan to move you quickly and safely toward your weight loss and fitness goals. If your goal is to lose weight (burn fat) and be tone (gain muscle or strength), there are four key lifestyle elements we encourage:

success.jpg1.)  An attitude of self-love and appreciation for the miracle of your body; stay in awe. Your birthrite is health!


2.)  A consistent Strength Training program of at least 2 to 3 times per week to increase strength and metabolism

3.) Participation in frequent cardiovascular activity  to burn fat

4.) Eating with your health goals in mind; choose food which nourishes  the body

At The Fire Personal Training Studio, we nurture your self-love, train you in the ways of fat-burning, and coach you in eating for your goal. Because we are a studio, and not a gymnasium, you will feel more comfortable and at home in our no mirrors training environment. We want you to enjoy your workouts and feel like you belong, so you remain consistent and committed to your goal. Consistent movement will create a vibrancy and strength you will enjoy for the rest of your life.
